This recipe is great because everything you need to make it can be stored in the freezer until you are ready to make it.

1) Chop cauliflower into pea sized pieces or use "riced cauliflower".
2) Cook cauliflower 8 minutes in the microwave.
3) While cauliflower is cooking, brown the 99% fat free turkey with the spices.
4) Add cooked cauliflower to the browned turkey and stir.
