1) Weigh cauliflower and cook till well done.

2) While cauliflower is cooking, chop onion and brown with olive oil, pepper, thyme, and celery seed.

3) add ground beef and simmer covered till brown stirring occasionally. Drain off oil.

4) Mix in cooked cauliflower and simmer 5 minutes covered.
