1) Weigh/measure all ingredients and put in large pot.
2) Add water until level 2 inches (5cm) over peas.
3) Cook until mushy
4) Blend till smooth in food processor (optional)
5) Divide into 8 equal sized portions
NOTE: you can also substitute 4tsp (20ml) garlic powder for the fresh garlic and 12 tbsp (175ml) of dried onion flakes for the fresh onion.
Single Serving Information
Complete batch makes 8 servings. Use the above quantities, then after cooking, divide into 8 equal portions.
