1) Weigh out proper amount of brussel sprouts and either steam or microwave for 15 minutes until mushy.
2) Weigh out proper amount of olive oil and put in frying pan.
3) Put brussel sprouts in frying pan and chop into tiny pieces with edge of spatula.
4) Cook on medium heat while stirring constantly. Add salt to taste at this point.
5) When brussel sprouts are dry, add in egg whites.
6) Mix constantly till done.
