1) Soak beans overnight.
2) Drain beans then cover add water till 3.5cm or 1.5 inch over top of beans.
3) Cook beans till tender .
4) Brown beef with onions and spices.
5) Add browned beef, chopped tomatoes, and all remaining ingredients into the beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes ten, 395 calorie servings. Divide into ten equal single portions or five equal double portions and refrigerate or freeze.
