1) Measure ice/water and add to blender.
2) Weigh out rice and pea protein and add to blender.
3) Weigh out cocoa powder and add to blender.
4) Pulse blender a few seconds to mix.
5) Break a peeled and pre-frozen banana into as small of chunks as you can and add to blender.
6) Blend a few minutes on lowest speed till smooth and creamy.
7) Pour into insulated bottle to keep it cold all day long.
